Audiospray — Indie Rock, Clean Lines, Loud Presence

A no-fluff EPK for a bilingual band ready to hit both hemispheres.

The Vibe

A sleek, no-nonsense Electronic Press Kit for Audiospray, an NYC-based indie rock band with roots in Venezuela. Think: The Strokes meet Soda Stereo — polished but punchy, with bilingual energy and global ambitions.

The Backstory

This was Audiospray’s first official EPK (and mine, too.)

The band came to me needing something clean, organized, and easy to send to booking agents, press contacts, and potential collaborators. They had all the core content (bio, music links, contact info), but needed help pulling it together into something that actually looked as cool as they sounded.

The Strategy

Structure: Focused on clear hierarchy — sections are bold, easy to skim, and built with the reader’s attention span in mind.

  1. Typography: Editorial-style headers paired with minimal body copy = serious but stylish.

  2. Visual Balance: Enough white space to breathe, but not sterile. Energy in the layout without distracting from the info.

  3. Design Language: Slight asymmetry, dynamic section breaks, and tonal contrast reflect the band’s indie grit + Latin rock swagger.

The Final Look

The EPK delivers what most booking agents actually want:
→ Straightforward info.
→ Slick layout.
→ Zero cringe.

Includes sections for:

  • Band Bio

  • Music (with callout for streaming platforms)

  • Upcoming Gigs (customizable for digital or print)

  • Contact Info + QR-ready formatting

  • Promo & Live Photos

The Glow-Up

This project pushed me to design for function first — something that could live in someone’s inbox and impress a booking agent in five seconds flat.

It also unlocked a new service for Riot Girl: custom EPKs that hit hard and look cool. Since finishing Audiospray’s, I’ve started working these into brand packages and custom offerings for artists, bands, and podcasters alike.
